Minimal Mindset

A new major renovation to the existing single family residence is balanced by a multi level ADU and separate 2 car garage. Our goal was to maximize the buildable and usable areas of the modestly sized property while considering the space between as much as the space within. This strategy allows the site to breathe and establish a multitude of living spaces delicately balanced with the property boundary. A true oasis nestled within the bustling Venice community. Completed early 2020, the new home proved to be the perfect place to isolate and take root.
